Our Stallions
So far each year, we have been willing to
breed a limited number of outside mares to our stallions. We will ship semen.
Please click on the following pictures for additional stallion and pricing
information.
- Blue Valentine Two
Our newest
addition to the Van Pelt barn, Blue Valentine Two who was purchased with
Chip and Kathy Merritt in the Spring of 2006. We have decided that we are
going to share this outstanding stallion and breed a limited number of
outside mares with frozen semen at private treaty. He carries 50% Blue
Valentine blood and has a strong influence of Plenty Coup.
- Blues Roan Hancock "Randy"
He is the backbone of our barn by consistently throwing outstanding
colts. He produced Laramie Blues, who, after being purchased at "Come
To The Source," went on to become the 2000 FQHR National Grand Champion
Yearling and Aged Stallion in the same year!
- Blue Hancock Cowboy
A true blue, 15.3 foot tall, and is 22% Joe Hancock. He
has an Oklahoma Foundation Halter Championship and an AQHA Register of Merit
in both heading and heeling, he has proven himself in the arena and the show
ring.
-
Wyo Blue Valentine
Our youngest stallion, he has his first 6 foals on the ground with
nothing dull about the color of these foals. As promised, we knew his
get would be "firecrackers." Wyo Blue Valentine is the star of Jody
Cunningham's video series, "Round Pen and Ground Work" and "Colt Starting."
He made his first appearance with Jody in the Checkerboard Arena at the 2003
USTRC finals in OKC.

- Ruano Rojo
At the age of 28, we said goodbye to this great stallion. He
has four sons who have each won over $100,000 as
exceptional rope horses. Rojo's daughters have always been some of our
favorite broodmares. We can still offer you the great Ruano Rojo
bloodlines.
